Our comfortable conference room can accommodate up to 12 people board style and is an ideal space for your meetings and small scale training events. The room is available for hire Monday – Friday up to 6.00 pm in the evening.

The room is equipped with an interactive white board, flip charts and screen – a projector is also available for hire. Users of the room have access to tea and coffee making facilities. We regret that as a listed building there is no disabled access to this room.

Hire Charges

£7.50 per hour for members of Community Action Dacorum

£10.00 per hour for non members

Occasional evening bookings are available by arrangement with a staff member and the following charges will apply

£15.00 per hour for members of Community Action Dacorum

£20.00 per hour for non members

Door to Store - our new community shopping service for Bovingdon and Kings Langley launched on 13th May. Aimed at older people who have a disability or experience difficulties in using public transport to go shopping our new Door to Store service will pick you up from your home and take you to Sainsbury's in Apsley Mills.
